Who We are Looking For

The Account Manager will manage between 5 – 10 high profile food and beverage clients with a goal of growth, retention and problem solving. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer success driven personality with superb interpersonal skills and charisma. He/She will be detail oriented and have extensive experience working through complex problems. This person also will have experience working across departments and delivering complex results to C-Level executives.

What You Will Do

  • Working with our startup clients to map out their goals and develop strategies
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of 5-10 accounts under your direction and guidance
  • Achieve agreed upon recurring revenue targets and account retention outcomes
  • Manage your portfolio of accounts through email, text, LinkedIn messaging, video and direct calls
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Understand and promote value-based company programs and up-sell opportunities
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Utilize payment processing technology in our SaaS software system
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate with BDR sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track monthly recurring revenue and status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching with management and team
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of direct sales, biz dev, and/or account management experience is a must requirement
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry; preferably in retail and/or foodservice
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM
